Director
of Sales
This key sales position is responsible for prospecting, developing and
closing direct sales for professional services and software development
projects. The sales director will focus on Enterprise accounts in various
verticals. In addition, the person is responsible for developing and maintaining
high quality and long-term customer relationships.
Duties
and Responsibilities
LoginSoft seeks an aggressive, experienced senior sales executive with
a demonstrated record of accomplishment in the IT solution-selling arena,
preferably in E-commerce and web-based solutions, with industry vertical
experience in Healthcare, Hospitality and Telecommunications. Previous
experience in selling offshore development projects and services is also
desired, but not mandatory. Specific duties will include:

Establish clear direction and long-range planning for sales and build
the proper infrastructure/pipeline to meet expansive growth.

Research, identify, prospect for and develop new sales with Enterprise
customers within the defined vertical markets and sales territory.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to senior and
technical management prospects.

Meet or exceed management's performance expectations with respect
to attainment of direct sales objectives, MBOs and monthly/quarterly,
annual revenue targets.

Establish, develop, and manage sales operations that will include
direct sales and indirect partner programs (distribution channels).
-
Develop and maintain executive level relationships with key business
partners and clients.

Willingness to travel within US and internationally.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a hands on sales executive with in-depth knowledge
of the E-commerce/Business space, understand the value proposition behind
outsourcing, and will have a minimum of five years of experience in IT
solution selling directly to Enterprise customers including "C"
and VP level individuals. He/she will regularly attend industry programs
such as trade shows and networking events. The ability to manage and profitably
grow a market is key to the success of this Sales Professional. Top candidates
should have a proven track record as well as be a team player that recognizes
the strategic benefits of building relationships within the corporate
structure, partners, and customers.
To excel in this role, the candidate must have high personal standards
of professional and leadership behavior, excellent written and verbal
communication skills, high level presentation skills, strong business
acumen, attract and develop talented sales professionals, and the ability
to effectively set goals and achieve results. A Bachelor's degree plus
an MBA is highly desirable.

Compensation
This position has high income potential and an opportunity to
work for a rapidly growing organization. The compensation will consist
of an aggressive base salary plus a TBD commission plan that will be based
upon new revenues and achieving specific performance.

- Experience in writing installation programs to install products on PCs is also

Hardware & Software - QA Engineer
Position
Description
Candidate will work as apart of a team responsible for testing Customer premises equipment (Home LAN Products like Linksys, DSL routers/Gateways) and software products relating to high speed internet access. They perform manual test execution, design and develop automated test cases, and assist developers to isolate and debug product defects. They review product documentation, configure and administer the test lab and interact closely with Software Developers.

Perform manual test execution. Follow the manual procedures in the test plan to test product functionality, determining minimal steps necessary to reproduce product defects, reporting defects in our defect tracking system, and verifying defect fixes.
- Review product documentation. This entails reading draft versions of the product documentation and providing feedback to the technical writers.
- Configure and administer the test lab. This entails unpacking and installing new hardware, installing and configuring various types of software.
